Gaby Dajer has been a distinguished member of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty since the firm’s founding in 2008, working alongside Founder & CEO Mayi de la Vega for nearly two decades. She began her real estate career in 2006 while earning a double major in International Business and Marketing at Florida International University, joining the Stewart de la Vega Group in Coral Gables and quickly advancing from executive assistant to luxury sales associate. With nearly 20 years of experience, Gaby specializes in high-end residential properties across Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and Miami Beach. Alongside her longtime mentor and team, she has been part of a nationally ranked top-250 team recognized by The Wall Street Journal and has also been recognized among the RealTrends Verified Top Real Estate Professionals in the United States. “I’ve witnessed the growth of ONE Sotheby’s every step of the way,” says Gaby. “To be by Mayi’s side, whether showing homes or writing contracts, has given me invaluable experience.” A native of the Dominican Republic, Gaby is fluent in Spanish and English and was immersed in real estate early through her family’s background in architecture, engineering, and development. She lives in Miami with her husband, who owns a custom kitchen, closet, and shades company, and their three children.
